Michael Pearce
Creative Director & Designer
Michael is the Creative Director at IDCC Design, the driving force behind Campaign Communications, an award-winning designer who focuses on clean, clear and concise delivery of information.
Graduating from London College of Communications (UAL), Michael went on to design packaging and carriage for a range of UK retail brands (including Sephora, Lush and Faith Shoes) before moving into the entertainment sector, where he worked with English National Ballet, Royal Opera House and Royal Academy of Dance. Michael’s work on the ‘Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo’ (The Trocks) was so widely acclaimed the rights were purchased for the global tour featuring in over 25 different countries worldwide.
All the way though Michael has had a relationship with the Labour Party, Working with incumbent Labour MP’s and Parliamentary candidates in many elections including Joan Ryan (Enfield North), Siobhain McDonagh (Mitcham & Morden), Douglas Alexander, Secretary of State for Scotland (Lothian East), Heidi Alexander, Secretary of State for Transport (Swindon South), Helena Dollimore (Hastings, Rye & the Villages), Pat McFadden, Secretary of State for Work and Pensions (Wolverhampton South East), Liz Kendall, Secretary of State for Science, Innovation and Technology (Leicester West) naming but a few.
Gary Potts
Print Management & Distribution
Gary Potts has over two decades of experience across print, communications and business development. Gary helps organisations find more effective ways to communicate while keeping practical delivery and sustainability at the heart of the work.
Before joining IDCC/Campaign Communications, Gary held senior sales & commercial roles within some of the industry’s most reputable printers. This background has given him a strong understanding of client relationships, new business development and the importance of delivering cost effective solutions that work in the real world.
Gary holds a BA Hons in Business & Management from the University of the West of Scotland, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Sales from CIM. He is known for his straightforward approach, commercial experience and ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Design it: We design the work using tried and tested templates that are engaging, professional yet retain a local theme and approach
